The Lake is situated in a quiet and peaceful location on the boundary of Braxton Farm and the Old Parkland of Everton Grange.
The Lake has recently been cleaned out and is stocked with carp, Chub and tench. Recent catches include carp at 32lbs and tench at 7lbs.
Parking is freely available in the car park at Braxton Courtyard, and the lake is a five minute walk across two fields.
Fishing at Everton Grange is available on a day ticket basis.

Due to the Limited number of pegs, during busy periods it is advisable to book tickets in advance
Tickets are available from the Braxton Gardens Shop. This is open from 9am to 5pm daily (10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sunday). Please phone to confirm winter opening hours.
It is possible to pre-book through the shop. Please ask for details.
Fishing without a ticket or a telephone reservation is strictly forbidden. The rules must be strictly adhered to, and failure to comply will result in either expulsion from the lake without refend, a fine or prosecution

RULES :
1. All persons must pay the correct fee before starting to fish, and your ticket or booking reference number must be available for inspection at all times.
2. Use of keep nets is strictly forbidden and will invalidate your ticket.
3. All fish must be returned to the water with care.
4. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult who must also have a ticket.
5. All fishing persons must have an Environment Agency licence available from the Post Office.
6. Use of boilies is not permitted.
7. There is a limit of two rods per person per swim except by prior arrangement.
8. Please do not fish outside the area of the swim. All swims are marked with pegs. Do not cross into a fenced off area.
9. All rubbish must be removedand disposed of correctly.
10. Access to Braxton Farm is solely at your own risk. No claims can be made for accidents or loss of property. We suggest that you lock vehicles securely, and place all valuables out of sight.
11. We regret that no dogs except guide dogs are allowed within the grounds.
12. Only barbless hooks are permitted.
13. Fishing is permitted from 7am to one hour before dusk if pre-booked through the shop.
14. Please keep noise to a minimum in consideration to other fishermen
HOW TO FIND US :
Braxton Courtyard is situated between Milford-on Sea and Everton on the B3058.
Traveling on the A337 at Everton take the B3)058 turning. After approximately 50 metres turn left onto Lymore Lane.
Braxton Courtyard is a further 300 metres on the left. Braxton Gardens are sign posted on the B3058 with Brown Tourism signs. There is a large Car Park which serves Braxton Courtyard.
